Her Story

The Life I Rebuilt First

I know what it feels like to leave a relationship and still carry it in your body. I know the quiet ache of second guessing yourself, apologizing for needs that were never unreasonable, and wondering who you were before survival became your daily routine.

My healing did not begin with a plan. It began with honesty, prayer, and the decision to stop abandoning myself. Slowly, I learned how to calm my body, name what happened, and build a home that felt safe for my daughter and for me.

From Accounting to Coaching

A Different Kind of Ledger

I spent years in accounting, where accuracy, structure, and clear reporting were the standard. That training shaped the way I coach. I look for patterns, I care about follow through, and I help women turn overwhelming experiences into information they can actually use.

What changed was the work I felt called to do. Numbers were no longer the thing I wanted to help people balance. Women were rebuilding their entire lives with very little support, and I understood that road personally.

Survivor and Single Mother

Living the Work Before Teaching It

As a domestic violence survivor and a single mother, I understand the practical weight of recovery. Court dates, custody schedules, finances, exhaustion, and the pressure to appear fine while you are still steadying yourself.

I also understand the tenderness of it. Wanting your children to feel emotionally safe. Wanting your home to feel calm. Wanting to be the woman you were before you had to brace for everything.

Why I Coach

After the High Conflict Divorce

My high conflict divorce taught me that leaving is only part of the story. The harder part is learning how to live without the constant alertness the relationship required.

As women began asking how I rebuilt, I realized the guidance I needed most was the guidance I could offer. That is how Reclaimed Joy Coaching Services began.

Coaching Philosophy

Faith, Practical Tools, and Compassionate Accountability

My approach combines faith, practical recovery strategies, emotional awareness, nervous system education, healthy boundaries, and compassionate accountability.

You are allowed to move slowly, pause, and protect your peace.
You do not have to remain the woman survival required you to become.
Insight matters, and so does practice between sessions.
Scripture and reflection are invited, never forced.
