1:1 Faith-Centered Recovery Coaching

Reclaim Your Peace

For Christian women ready to move out of survival mode after toxic relationships, separation, divorce, or high-conflict co-parenting.

Regulate your body. Renew your mind. Rebuild with God.

You may be out of the relationship, separated, divorced, or navigating high-conflict co-parenting — but your body and mind may still feel like they’re waiting for the next problem.

One text can change your entire mood. You replay conversations long after they’re over. You second-guess decisions you already made. You feel guilty for setting boundaries. You overexplain yourself because you’re afraid of being misunderstood.

And even when things are technically “calm,” part of you is still bracing for what might happen next.

You don’t want to keep living like this.

You want peace that doesn’t disappear the moment someone else is upset with you.

You want to trust yourself again, stop organizing your life around someone else’s reactions, and move forward without leaving your faith behind.

That’s what Reclaim Your Peace is designed to help you do.

The Program

What Is Reclaim Your Peace?

Reclaim Your Peace is a 12-session, private 1:1 coaching experience for Christian women recovering from toxic relationships, separation, divorce, or high-conflict co-parenting.

Together, we’ll work on helping you move out of constant emotional survival and toward greater regulation, clarity, confidence, self-trust, stronger boundaries, and faith-centered rebuilding.

This is not therapy, and it is not about diagnosing the person who hurt you.

The focus is you.

  • How you respond.
  • What you believe.
  • What you tolerate.
  • What you need.
  • What you choose next.
  • And the life you are ready to rebuild.

How We’ll Work Together

The Reclaimed Joy Process

01

Regulate Your Body

When your nervous system has spent a long time preparing for conflict, your body can react before your mind has time to catch up.

We’ll work on helping you recognize your triggers and create practical ways to slow down before fear, anger, anxiety, or panic takes over.

You’ll work toward:

  • Recognizing your personal triggers and stress responses
  • Understanding how fight, flight, freeze, or fawn may show up for you
  • Learning practical ways to regulate before reacting
  • Creating space between a trigger and your response
  • Handling difficult texts, emails, conversations, or exchanges more intentionally
  • Building a greater sense of emotional steadiness

The goal is not to never feel triggered. The goal is to stop letting every trigger decide what happens next.

02

Renew Your Mind

Survival mode doesn’t only affect your body. It can change the way you think about yourself, your decisions, your relationships, and what you believe you’re allowed to need.

We’ll work on identifying the thought patterns that keep you trapped in fear, guilt, overthinking, people-pleasing, and self-doubt.

You’ll work toward:

  • Separating facts from the stories fear creates
  • Challenging catastrophic or spiraling thoughts
  • Reducing the need to overexplain or defend every decision
  • Recognizing where guilt is influencing your boundaries
  • Rebuilding trust in your own judgment
  • Communicating more clearly and directly
  • Identifying unhealthy patterns you no longer want to repeat

You do not need everyone to agree with your decisions in order for those decisions to be healthy.

03

Rebuild With God

Healing is not only about getting through the next trigger. Eventually, you have to decide what kind of life you want to build on the other side of everything you’ve survived.

We’ll work on helping you reconnect with your identity, strengthen your boundaries, rebuild your confidence, and create a life that is no longer centered around managing someone else’s behavior.

You’ll work toward:

  • Establishing healthier boundaries and standards
  • Rebuilding confidence in your voice and decisions
  • Identifying what peace and emotional safety look like for you
  • Reconnecting with who you are outside of the relationship
  • Making decisions from peace instead of panic
  • Strengthening your faith throughout the rebuilding process
  • Creating a personal plan for maintaining the progress you’ve made

Faith is incorporated throughout the coaching process in a way that supports your healing rather than using Scripture to dismiss what you’ve experienced.

This is a short conversation to understand what you’re dealing with, what you want to change, and whether Reclaimed Joy Coaching is the right kind of support for you.

If I believe another option would fit your needs better, I’ll tell you.

You do not need to have everything figured out before we talk. You just need to know that you’re ready for something to change.

You survived the relationship.

Now it’s time to rebuild the woman who came out of it.
